Ursa Environment (Alberta) Inc. is a Calgary Environmental Engineering based owned and operated company, maintaining strong experience in environmental consulting serving Alberta. Ursa’s Staff has the presence of senior professionals based in Calgary offering expertise in Environmental Engineering; our team consists of senior Engineers and Technologists. Ursa has built on many years of experience to provide services specializing in soil and groundwater assessment, remediation, regulatory permitting and approvals, and management of environmental risks and liabilities of contaminated sites in the various localities and industrial sectors.
Environmental engineering is an application of expertise of the natural sciences and civil engineering to design municipal services and to solve environmental problems. Our Environmental engineers are involved in performing environmental impact assessments.

Shohreh, principal Engineer and CEO, is a civil/environmental professional engineer. She graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004. Since then she has been involved in various environmental projects within Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. She has conducted numerous Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments as well as professionally reviewing over 1,000 Environmental Site Assessment reports.
